Your refund will be credited back to the source account you used to make your purchase, and it will arrive back in your account within 7-10 business days. If this is not the case, please reach out at the contact details below.

We love feedback and might ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of what your experience was. We also really appreciate it when you send us a photo of your product if it is damaged, unusable, or in any way not what you expected.
